Learning how to share expectations/ personal goals

Overview of program and Q & A
Articulate expectations and vision of what year will look like with
the presence of a coordinator.
Discuss training that has transpired to date

Supervisors & Coordinators (1.5 Days)
Review main program expectations and policies, Q & A
Supervisors share their sites' expectations and visions of the upcoming
year with their coordinators
Review coordinators' calendars for the Fall (new pairs only)
Create a strategy to realize sties' expectations and goals (Renewing
pairs revise their strategy and add more focus to their plans.)
Share goals and strategies with other pairs
Review resources available to them
A renewing pair shares experiences.
